Care and attention to individuals in residential care: feeding, personal hygiene, home care, companionship and stimulation. Assist with feeding and diet control, provide support in personal hygiene and daily grooming, help with mobility and postural changes, perform basic household tasks (cleaning, laundry, home organization), provide emotional companionship and conversation, promote physical and cognitive stimulation through adapted activities, collaborate with family and reference professionals for comprehensive care. Monday-Friday (+ nights) with 2h break / weekends with 2h break **Previous experience in the care and comprehensive attention of dependent persons** in residential care, including support in feeding, personal hygiene, mobility and basic health care. Management of essential household tasks for home maintenance. Skills in emotional support, physical and cognitive stimulation, and coordination with family members and healthcare or social professionals to ensure the well-being of the person cared for. Empathy and communication skills, time management and organizational ability, basic knowledge of first aid, experience in food handling and preparation, patience and ability to work under stress, skill in promoting physical and cognitive stimulation activities.
