Symrise – always inspiring more... **Your Role** * Ensure the development and sustainability of Symrise PetFood product sales in your region, while safeguarding company profitability and adhering to defined commercial policies. * Develop all three petfood business lines, including antioxidants, within the EAME region. * Present a professional image to company-assigned clients, communicate corporate messages, and apply techniques learned during technical training sessions. * Implement the company-defined commercial strategy (pricing, product portfolio evolution). * Analyze, prospect, and develop markets: qualitative, quantitative, and regulatory data. * Contact and/or visit clients and prospects, optimizing travel routes, with related expenses subject to approval by the EMEA Sales Director. * Validate, monitor, and energize the sales networks within your region. * Define the commercial offering in your region in agreement with the sales management. * Share commercial risks with the Sales Director and ensure implementation of the defined action plan. * Keep client/prospect files and regional market dashboards updated, with at least two updates per year via the CRM tool. * Understand and master the value and trends of your target market, as well as SPF's market share within it. * Organize sample shipments and services, along with all communication involving the product manager, R\+D, and marketing department, to monitor product performance. * Supervise and control sales execution: after-sales service, administrative and financial aspects (overdue payments). * Be solely responsible for monthly sales forecasts (Axapta / Weekly CA) for all clients in your region. * Take ownership of sales forecasting: budget, reforecast, plans. * Prepare a follow-up and support action plan: monthly/quarterly regional sales report, proposing priorities for the next quarter to be shared with sales management, who will validate these priorities and available resources (sales analysis, changes in assortment, number of visits and alignment with regional objectives). **About You** * More than 5 years of B2B sales experience. Experience in sectors such as ingredients, agri-food, or animal nutrition (feed) will be particularly valued. * Fluent Spanish and English.
