Resolution of guest inquiries and issues during their stay In Ribadesella, Asturias, we are seeking personnel to support front desk operations. The role involves checking guests in and out, ensuring all procedures are properly documented. Additionally, direct assistance is provided to guests regarding hotel operations, along with tourism recommendations for the local area. Duties include reservation management, billing for stays, telephone support, and resolving any inquiries or issues arising during guests’ stays. Previous experience in the hospitality industry and a good command of English—both spoken and written—are required for this position. Proficiency in computer use and familiarity with hotel management systems are also necessary. The contract is permanent\-intermittent, with full-time rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
