Job Summary: We are seeking a metalworker for a metal industry plant in Gijón, operating industrial machinery, overhead cranes, and performing auxiliary tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation of industrial machinery (roll forming machines, presses, bending machines). 2. Use of overhead crane for transportation and placement of coils. 3. Performance of auxiliary tasks in the production process. We are looking for personnel to perform metalworker duties at a metal industry plant located in Gijón. The job primarily involves operating industrial machinery, including roll forming machines, presses, and bending machines, as well as stacking the resulting parts. Use of an overhead crane is also required for transporting and correctly positioning coils, along with performing other auxiliary tasks that may arise during the production process in the plant. The contract is full-time, with a weekly workload of 40 hours distributed from Monday to Friday. The position operates under a rotating shift system, alternating between morning and afternoon shifts, covering a time frame from 06:00 to 00:00, always respecting legally mandated rest periods. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in a similar position. * We seek a proactive, dynamic individual with strong teamwork skills. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Vocational training in Metalworking or equivalent.
