A key role that combines administrative, technical, and communication skills, working closely with production, sales, and logistics departments. **Main responsibilities:** \- Customer service: preparing quotes, tracking orders, and providing after-sales support. \- Internal coordination with Production, Logistics, and Sales departments to ensure service deadlines and quality. \- Comprehensive ERP management of quotes, orders, manufacturing orders, and incidents. \- Proactive follow-up on deliveries, claims, and returns. \- Administrative support and preparation of basic activity reports.
