Spare parts management: ordering, stock control, receiving, and delivery to customers and technicians. Tracking of work orders and repair estimates. Basic technical support to customers and assistance to mechanics. Support in managing manufacturer warranties and technical campaigns. Use of ERP systems and technical platforms under supervision. Collaboration in continuous improvement of the after-sales department. Stable position with an indefinite contract. Ongoing training with manufacturers and on-site mentoring. Organizational skills and good communication abilities. Basic knowledge of technical English is advantageous. Prior experience is not mandatory; internships or work experience in workshops/maintenance will be valued.
