At Autocars Gamón, a leading company in the road passenger transport sector, we are looking for a Traffic Manager to join our logistics team and provide direct support to the traffic manager, actively collaborating in daily operations. Main responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate and manage transport services. • Incident management (vehicle breakdowns, incidents during routes, etc.) • Fleet documentation management and vehicle maintenance tracking. • Driver staff support (resolving service-related doubts and other operational queries). • Handling client phone calls and emails. • Preparation and monitoring of budgets. • Supervision and follow-up of services performed to ensure quality. • On-call duties to handle emergencies or unforeseen events outside regular working hours. * Experience: 2 years. Previous experience as a traffic manager or in similar roles within a logistics department, preferably in road passenger transport. * Spanish (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Catalan (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * English (spoken Intermediate, written Intermediate) * Skills / knowledge: Degree in Logistics and Transport, Higher Vocational Training in Transport and Logistics, or equivalent qualifications. Knowledge of tachograph regulations and driving time rules. Proficiency in office software. Ability to manage incidents and make quick decisions. Driving license: B Vehicle availability required.
