Participate in the entire manufacturing process of automatic doors Company based in Reus is hiring 2 people as metalworking machine operators. Requirements: minimum 33% disability; vocational training in machining and/or welding; minimum one year of experience; user-level office software skills; personal vehicle. Offer: 3-month temporary contract; full-time schedule; rotating shifts from 6:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or from 2:00 p.m. to 10:15 p.m.; gross monthly salary of €1455.81. Duties: manufacturing of automatic elevator doors (machining, cutting, painting, bending, welding, assembly, and packaging). We have automatic and semi-automatic machines for bending, punching, and cutting steel. Subsequently, quality control is performed on the resulting part. In some cases, machines are equipped with numerical control or computerized programs. Production tracking is carried out based on manufacturing lists indicating the quantity and model of parts to be produced. Manufactured parts are declared via the computer system to confirm their correct completion. Manufacturing must comply with the quality standards defined for each part; therefore, operators follow manufacturing guidelines specifying required measurements to verify and acceptance/rejection criteria. Operators must handle measuring instruments such as tape measures, calipers, and set squares. * 12 months of experience.
