Responsibilities: * Handling and resolving customer inquiries by phone. * Managing incidents and case follow-ups. * Recording calls and information in the system. Requirements: * Good verbal communication skills. * Basic computer proficiency. * Ability to work in an organized and empathetic manner. * Previous experience in customer service or call centers will be valued.
