What do we offer? * Start date: 15/09/2025 * End date: Week of 8/12/2025 * Schedule: Wednesdays from 11:00 to 12:30 * Temporary employment contract (4 months) with possibility of extension * Salary: 18.06 gross euros per hour Workplace Conditions * Temporary employment contract (4 months) \- Part-time (2 hours \- monthly working time) Details of Job Responsibilities * Planning of the workshop * Designing classes that take visual impairment into account. * Using precise and detailed verbal instructions, as participants cannot follow visual models. * Adapting pace and content according to the group's level and needs. * Facilitating sessions * Encouraging active participation and interaction among participants. * Maintaining a motivating, safe, and inclusive environment. * Individual follow-up * Evaluation and improvement **Profile:** Experience 1 year. * Training in psychology, education, occupational therapy, pedagogy, or related fields. * Experience or training in visual impairment and accessibility. * Ability to adapt language and methodology. * Clear and descriptive communication skills (without visual support). * Patience, empathy, and active listening. * Creativity to develop motivating and adapted activities.
