




* **MISSION** * Provide expert legal advice and representation to migrants, victims of sexual and/or labor trafficking, or other profiles. You will be responsible for defending their legal rights, offering legal guidance in situations of vulnerability, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive and fair support. Your work will contribute to protecting the human rights of those assisted and advocating for social justice within the context of migration and trafficking. * **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide legal advice and guidance on legal procedures, ensuring access to rights, services, and facilities according to any special needs of all service users. * Design and schedule legal information and advisory workshops. * Conduct individual and group follow-up, accompaniment, and information collection for all service users. * Prepare documents for case follow-up and draft corresponding reports. * Act as a liaison with competent authorities. * Keep internal database records up to date. * Manage administrative documentation of the center. * Actively participate in internal and external meetings, as well as networks, platforms, and forums in which the Foundation participates. * Carry out any other activities related to the proper delivery of services and project implementation, thus ensuring efficient achievement of organizational objectives. * Perform any other duties arising from the inherent responsibilities of the position. * **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Law and active membership in the Bar Association. * Training in Human Rights and national, regional, and international protection mechanisms. * **DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Specialized training in immigration law. * Gender-related training. * Knowledge of languages will be valued, especially English, French, and Arabic.
