We are looking for a person to provide direct support in the school cafeteria service. Collaboration with the kitchen team will be essential to ensure the daily tasks run smoothly. Responsibilities will include food pre-preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning, as well as preparing ingredients for various menus. Simple preparations will also be carried out under supervision. During cafeteria service, duties will include plating and tray distribution, organizing shifts, and basic portion control. The role also involves cleaning utensils, tableware, and equipment, and maintaining order in the kitchen, cold rooms, and storage areas, in accordance with hygiene and sanitation protocols.
