VEHICLE FLEET MANAGEMENT: Assignment and vehicle tracking: maintaining a record of which vehicle is used by each team or worker. Preventive and corrective maintenance: coordinating inspections, ITV (mandatory vehicle inspection), oil changes, tire replacements, etc. Documentation control: ensuring insurance policies, permits, and transport cards are up to date.
