Job Summary: We are seeking a geroculturist to provide direct care and support to elderly individuals, performing tasks related to hygiene, mobility, companionship, and teamwork. Key Highlights: 1. The selected candidate will carry out typical geroculturist duties, including: Direct care and support to service users in basic activities of daily living. Assistance with personal hygiene, showers, clothing changes, and personal image care. Support in resident mobility and transfers, following established protocols. Companionship and supervision during meals, promoting the individual's well-being and autonomy. Monitoring and observation of residents' general condition, reporting incidents to the healthcare team. Position changes and support in ulcer prevention, according to center guidelines. Emotional and social companionship, promoting close, respectful, and dignified treatment. Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, high-quality care. Maintenance of order and hygiene in the immediate environment of the service user. Desirable qualifications: prior experience in residential facilities or elderly care, responsibility, empathy, and ability to work in a team Experience: 1 month. Prior experience and training in this field are positively valued. * Temporary employment contract (20 months) * Part-time schedule (28 hours \- monthly workload) * Additional relevant information: Working conditions: Two weekends per month. Shift from 14:00 to 21:00. Duties typical of a geroculturist in a residential facility. Temporary contract for maternity leave coverage. Possibility of working additional hours in cases of vacations, absences, or service needs, with corresponding salary supplement. Double pay for weekends. Possibility of considering alternative schedules or continued employment if experience is positive and everything functions properly.
