




**Description:** ---------------- From **PROMAN PERSONAS ETT**, we are looking for a *Production Programmer and Planner* who, under the direction of the site’s Supply Chain Manager, will be responsible for planning the weekly production schedule across all production lines, managing work orders, and ensuring that both semi-finished and finished products are manufactured on time to meet customer delivery deadlines. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Develop and maintain production schedules:** * Develop and maintain weekly production schedules for all manufacturing lines based on demand, inventory levels, and capacity constraints. * **Work order coordination:** * Coordinate and issue work orders to ensure timely execution of production plans. * **Production activity supervision:** * Monitor progress of production activities and adjust schedules as needed to address delays or changes in priorities. * **Quality assurance:** * Ensure that semi-finished and finished products are manufactured according to delivery deadlines and quality standards. * **Interdepartmental collaboration:** * Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to align material availability with production requirements. * **Data and metrics analysis:** * Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify process improvement opportunities and increase efficiency. * **Record keeping:** * Maintain accurate records of production schedules, work orders, and inventory movements.
