Grupo MARVA, a company with over 70 years of experience, specializes in the design, production, assembly, and management of temporary architecture projects for trade fairs, professional congresses, or commercial spaces. We are seeking a young, proactive, and organized individual to assume the role of **Office Manager**, serving as the company’s visible representative at reception and as the driving force ensuring smooth daily office operations. **Key responsibilities include:** * Receiving and attending to visitors, phone calls, and correspondence. * Assisting the General Director. * Coordinating office supplies and materials. * Providing general administrative support to the administration and procurement team. * Acting as the main contact point with suppliers and tracking orders. * Overseeing the logistical functionality of the workspace. * Managing delivery notes. * Photocopying / Scanning. * Supporting the procurement and logistics department. * Conducting online purchases and requesting, reviewing, and approving invoices. * Recording internal expenses. * Recording company vehicle trips. **We offer:** A fixed-term contract with realistic prospects of conversion to an indefinite contract and promotion based on merit.
