Detection and implementation of corrective actions in projects The person carrying out the technical mentoring tasks must hold an official university bachelor's degree or equivalent; preferably in the social sciences field, and must demonstrate a minimum of 2 years’ experience in direct intervention with young people or in the field of career guidance. Tasks to be performed: \-Selection of participants according to the program’s objectives. \-Working on professional goals, interests, and motivations with interested individuals. \-Mentoring apprentices and supporting companies throughout the entire project. \-Detecting possible project deviations, identifying their causes, and implementing corrective actions. \-Maintaining up-to-date records and documentation of each apprentice’s learning pathway. \-Conducting joint evaluations with companies and apprentices, documenting acquired competencies. Functions: The tutor must facilitate participation, personalized mentoring, and orientation of apprentices in dual training and labor market integration, while supporting companies throughout the employment contract process. They must also coordinate communication among all project stakeholders and carry out required administrative tasks. * 2 years’ experience.
