Active participation in the Individualized Care Plan (PAI) and healthcare training GENERAL CARE NURSES FOR A SENIOR RESIDENCE A senior residence is seeking General Care Nurses / ATS/DUI. RESPONSIBILITIES: Health promotion and comprehensive user assessment; Administration and monitoring of medications and treatments prescribed by medical professionals; Coordination with Primary Care Centers (CAP), hospitals, and specialized services as needed; Taking and monitoring vital signs and blood draws; Coordination with pharmacies according to medication modifications and/or prescriptions; Performing nursing care; Managing clinical records and files; Ensuring proper hygiene status of residents and facilities; Continuous communication with residents’ families; Designing and actively participating in the Individualized Care Plan (PAI); Coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive resident care; Providing healthcare training to staff and supervising delegated tasks. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 1979 * Other relevant information: Short week: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; Long week: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday.
