Job Summary: We are seeking a Nurse to provide patient care, collaborate with medical staff, and ensure patient well-being in Oviedo. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide nursing care to workers 2. Ensure the proper functioning of center equipment JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking to fill a temporary Nurse position at our Ibermutua center in Oviedo. WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOK LIKE? YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide nursing care to workers requiring attention, according to their needs. * Collaborate with medical staff and other departments as necessary to support patients' physical\-psychosocial\-social well-being. * Support enhancement of the Mutual's corporate image during daily operations. * Collaborate in implementing, maintaining, and improving the Patient Safety System. * Ensure proper functioning of center equipment, safeguard its integrity, and use technical resources and materials efficiently. * Develop care plans based on standardized protocols. * Prepare reports related to professional activities, including evaluation of health objective achievement. * Conduct remote follow-up of ITCC (Temporary Incapacity for Work) processes for patients who do not require immediate physician intervention, per criteria and guidelines established by Management. * Assist in training students on practical placements. * Collect medical reports either directly from the patient or by requesting them from the Medical Inspection Department; complete and review clinical records. * Actively participate in the organization’s regulatory compliance systems. WORK SCHEDULE AND HOURS: Weekly schedule from Monday to Friday, mornings from 08:00 to 15:15. Availability to cover the Gijón center as required by service needs. CONTRACTUAL TERMS: Contract Type: Temporary Start Date: 03/2026 Salary: Salary according to the applicable Collective Agreement, based on job classification. WHAT'S NEXT? REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing * Radiology Operator (RX Operator) qualification * Residence in Oviedo or surrounding areas PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Additional university degree related to the role * Experience in the field.
