




Position Summary: You will support the daily activities and routines of individuals at the Resource Center and the Bassa residence, carrying out individualized follow-up and promoting activities. You will support individuals’ daily activities, habits, and routines at the Resource Center and the Bassa residence. You will conduct case follow-up to ensure better individualized support. You will design and promote activities. You will work with flexible hours, including one weekend per month and/or holidays. You will transport individuals attending the Day Center. You will collaborate as part of a team and coordinate with other services and departments of the organization. You will apply the person-centered planning methodology. * Minimum 6 months’ experience required. We seek a candidate holding a qualification in health and social care, nursing assistant, social integration, or related social field training—motivated, flexible, well-organized, proactive, and capable of teamwork. Experience working with people of diverse abilities and ages will be especially valued. We would like you to share our person-centered approach to support.
