To qualify for this position, candidates must hold the professional certification in care for dependent persons in institutions or at home, or be a technician in care for dependent individuals. Relevant qualifications for the role will also be considered. A valid class B driver's license is essential. Main responsibilities include daily hygiene and care of residents, assistance with mobility and daily activities, support during meals if needed, bed making and room supervision, as well as companionship and personalized attention to each resident.
