At **iLERNA**, we are seeking an External Comms Manager to enhance the group’s visibility and reputation through effective communication strategies, consolidating its position as a leader in the sector and strengthening relationships with media and key stakeholders. **Main Responsibilities** * Define, together with the Brand & Comms Director, the communication and public relations plan, as well as content, prescriber, and media strategies. * Manage relationships with media, prescribers, and external agencies, ensuring consistent and high-impact execution. * Strengthen iLERNA's identity through actions that convey its values and build recognition. * Monitor and analyze media presence at local and national levels, proposing data-driven improvements. * Establish strategic relationships with media, prescribers, and other interest groups. * Coordinate the creation of corporate content and materials in collaboration with marketing and other teams. **What we’re looking for** * More than 3 years of experience in external communications. * Degree in Journalism, Communication, or related field. * Native-level Spanish and Catalan; B2 level English. * Availability for occasional travel. * Experience in the education sector and a Master's in communication are desirable. **Tools we’d like you to be familiar with:** * Social media: LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok. * Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, Canva, Photoshop. * CMS: WordPress, Drupal. * Social listening and media analysis tools. **What we offer:** * Permanent contract. * Flexible working hours from 8:00–9:30 am to 5:00–6:30 pm (1-hour break), with Friday being a shortened day from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. * Flexible compensation: meal voucher, transport ticket, training allowance, and childcare voucher. * Be part of a growing organization with purpose and strong social impact. **Let your talent make a difference.
