




**JOB DESCRIPTION** GS24 is hiring a Services Inspector to coordinate, supervise, and provide operational support to the various security services across the province of **Málaga**. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring teams, managing incidents, and ensuring proper implementation of internal procedures, thereby guaranteeing an effective, professional, and customer-oriented service. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise operational staff across assigned services. * Verify compliance with security protocols and internal procedures. * Coordinate and manage operational incidents. * Monitor shift schedules, working hours, and service coverage. * Maintain clear communication with the company, clients, and operational staff. * Support staff training, onboarding, and ongoing performance monitoring. * Prepare reports, service logs, and related documentation. * Collaborate with external agencies as required. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Valid TIP certification as Security Manager, Director, or equivalent. * Prior experience as a Services Inspector or in operational coordination. * Strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and capacity to resolve incidents. * Effective communication skills and professional conduct when interacting with clients and staff. * Proficiency in basic computer tools and management software. * Availability and flexibility to meet operational needs. * Valid Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel within the province. **WE OFFER:** * Immediate incorporation.
