We are recruiting Civil Construction Supervisors for a major petrochemical company to perform the following functions: * Supervise and coordinate the execution of civil construction works in accordance with the project, specifications, and applicable regulations. * Plan and organize site resources: personnel, machinery, auxiliary equipment, and materials. * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, transportation, and owned or rented machinery, ensuring proper on-site logistics. * Monitor schedule progress, conduct daily follow-up, and propose corrective actions in case of deviations. * Review drawings, measurements, and layout plans; resolve technical issues; and propose improvements or optimizations. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and health standards, including management of required documentation (personnel, vehicles, and machinery). * Maintain smooth communication with the client, technical management, and internal teams through meetings and progress reports. * Manage materials and supplies, and support cost control activities and technical budgeting assistance. Where passion for engineering drives the future. **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements** * Technical education in a related field: Civil Engineering, Public Works Engineering, Technical Architecture, or equivalent (or demonstrable equivalent experience). * Basic occupational risk prevention course. * Minimum experience in civil construction, preferably in: industrial works, hydraulic works, sanitation systems, structural works, urban development, roadworks, earthmoving, and industrial assembly. * Solid knowledge of drawing interpretation, quantity surveying, cost control, and certifications. * Experience coordinating subcontractors, work teams, and resource management. * Advanced proficiency in technical tools: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office suite, and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project or similar). * Knowledge of on-site safety and health regulations, quality control, and document management. * Ability to solve technical problems, make decisions, and work under pressure. * Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. * Willingness to travel to construction sites. * Valid driver’s license (Class B). #LI-NA1
