Your main responsibilities will include: **. Supervision of trucks and drivers:** monitoring and controlling availability, driving times, and rest periods to ensure operational optimization. **. Communication with drivers:** ensuring delivery deadlines are met and maintaining constant, smooth communication to coordinate deliveries. **. Strategic route planning:** analyzing the feasibility of loading/unloading instructions and creating optimal routes for each transport. **. Incident management:** resolving transportation issues in coordination with the Traffic team to minimize delays. **. Team leadership and organization:** coordinating, assigning tasks, and managing vacations and other events for the team under your responsibility. **. Process innovation:** implementing and developing tools that optimize tracking and simplify current processes. **.
