Position Summary: We are seeking a Workshop Supervisor to lead and coordinate operations, supervise production and team activities, ensure quality, and perform general maintenance. Quality verification in processes and products We are looking for an experienced metallurgical/machining/welding/laser-cutting workshop supervisor to lead and coordinate workshop operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising production, managing the operator team, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and performing general maintenance tasks. Daily workshop work supervision and organization Operator team coordination Production scheduling and time control Quality verification in processes and products Material and tool management General maintenance tasks * 5 years of experience * Blueprint interpretation ability * CAD/CAM experience is desirable * Experience operating machinery is desirable * Spanish (intermediate spoken and written) * Catalan (intermediate spoken and written) * Personal vehicle availability * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Intensive work schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2000' to '2200' * Additional information: \* Intensive morning or afternoon shift (6 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.) \* Starting salary: €1700 net (annually reviewable \- 12 payments)
