Participation in growth and professional development projects. **Description:** ---------------- TRANSPORTES CALSINA CARRE SL, an international leader in transportation and logistics, is seeking a Facilities and IT Support Manager to join the Maintenance Department at its Valls logistics center. **You will be responsible for managing and coordinating maintenance activities carried out by various suppliers across the five warehouses located in Valls.** **Your mission will be** To ensure proper functioning, maintenance, and operational readiness of the warehouses through efficient coordination of services, facilities, and suppliers—guaranteeing safe, efficient environments aligned with business needs. **Your responsibilities will include**: * Comprehensive management of maintenance and preventive maintenance across CC Valls warehouses, performed either directly or via respective suppliers. * Coordination of associated services for these warehouses, such as cleaning, security, etc. * Activities related to operational IT equipment across the various warehouses, conducted either directly, through respective suppliers, or with support from Group IT. * Control of related purchase orders, budgets, and invoices. * Budget planning for maintenance and services across the various warehouses. **Within facilities maintenance management and coordination with external suppliers, you will handle:** * Basic maintenance tasks in electricity and plumbing. * Resolution of recurring electrical issues (doors, water heaters, etc.). * Plumbing fault repairs. * Resolution of air conditioning system incidents. * General condition monitoring of electrical installations. * Periodic inspections of warehouse facilities (loading docks, structural elements). * Periodic inspections of generator sets. * Management and outsourcing of repairs when internal resolution is not possible. * Cable connection and organization. **Within IT support management and coordination with external suppliers (30%)** * Assembly and disassembly of computers; physical installation of PCs, monitors, keyboards, mice, and docking stations. * Replacement of basic components (RAM, hard drive/SSD, power supply). * Equipment and peripheral labeling, and preparation of new devices. * Basic system and corporate software installation and configuration, plus initial user support. * Basic network management: device connection, connectivity verification, and infrastructure support. * Basic installation and maintenance of peripherals (printers, scanners, consumables). * First-level technical support, equipment inventory, and incident logging/documentation. **Offered:** * Stable position within an established company. * Strategic role with autonomy and responsibility. * Participation in growth initiatives. * Professional development supported by the company. **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements** * We seek a candidate with prior experience in facilities maintenance, but clearly focused on managing and coordinating maintenance across the 5 warehouses. We do not seek a purely technical profile; rather, we require someone who manages and coordinates maintenance with external suppliers. * Essential requirements: Intermediate/advanced proficiency in office software, prior experience in facilities maintenance, and technical training in Electricity or related fields, and/or in Computing or Microcomputer Systems. * We seek a proactive, autonomous individual accustomed to managing and coordinating suppliers and/or maintenance teams. * SAP, Fix, or QAD knowledge is desirable. * Prior experience in facilities maintenance and IT support.
