We are continuously growing and want to welcome a Copywriter to our Web Department, with the goal of creating and editing attractive and persuasive online content for our brand. It will be essential that you enjoy learning, are familiar with the educational field, and have a versatile writing style. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Interpret content briefs and communication guidelines to develop content concepts for iLERNA’s website and blog. * Write original copy and edit content for web and blog materials, including pages for training programs, informative and engaging articles, guides, and emails. * Collaborate closely with the design team on the visual presentation of content. * Present copy proposals and final versions to the internal team for review and approval. * Review and optimize web and blog content based on internal feedback and performance analysis (SEO, engagement, conversions, etc.). * Demonstrate the ability to adapt tone, style, and message characteristics according to our target audience. **We would like you to have...** * Degree in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or similar. * 4 or more years of experience writing copy in digital environments. * Strong writing skills and command of language, with attention to detail. * Ability to write creatively, adapting the message to the user. **We will value...** * A portfolio demonstrating your creativity and experience. * Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress, and email marketing platforms. * Experience optimizing content for search engines (SEO) and basic knowledge of web analytics. **And... what do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule, with flexible start/end times between 8:30\-9:30 and 17:30\-18:30, and shortened Fridays from 8:00 to 15:00. * Flexible compensation: meal voucher, transportation ticket, and childcare allowance. * 100% on-site work at our offices in Lleida. **Join the iLERNA team!**
