Ros Roca S.A., a company belonging to the Terberg Environmental Holding BV Group, dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of Equipment for waste collection, due to the need to strengthen the maintenance team, we need to fill the following position: ### **Maintenance Technician** ‍**What will your responsibilities be?** * Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks on facilities, tooling, equipment, and machinery in the factory. * Apply management guidelines, especially those related to Quality, Safety, Health, Environment, and Energy Efficiency, and communicate the principles of these policies to relevant parties. **️ What will you do in this role?** * Carry out tasks defined in the preventive maintenance plan for machinery and facilities. * Perform corrective maintenance tasks on machinery and facilities. * Manage coordination with external companies contracted for preventive or corrective maintenance of machinery and facilities. * Carry out improvement projects on facilities, equipment, or available resources. **What do we offer?** * Stable contract * Continuous training and professional development * Flexible and competitive compensation, linked to performance * Working hours: + 6:15 AM to 2:30 PM + Possibility of overtime from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM **What are we looking for?** * CFGM or equivalent qualification in electromechanical maintenance, electrical installations, or electromechanical machinery. * Higher-level vocational training (CFGS) in industrial mechatronics, thermal and fluid installations maintenance, or electronic maintenance is desirable. * Knowledge of electricity. * 3\-5 years of experience performing similar duties.
