




Summary: We are seeking a committed and vocation-driven physiotherapist dedicated to improving residents' quality of life, mobility, and autonomy in senior care centers. Highlights: 1. Coordinates with the interdisciplinary team We seek a committed and vocation-driven physiotherapist to provide care at our two senior care centers located in the La Bordeta neighborhood (Lleida). The primary mission will be to improve residents' quality of life, mobility, and autonomy by designing and delivering personalized treatments. \- Initial assessment and ongoing monitoring of residents' physical and functional status. \- Design and implementation of individualized treatment plans. \- Conducting psychomotor sessions. \- Prevention of mobility loss and management of chronic pain. \- Coordination with the interdisciplinary team (physicians, nursing staff, psychology, and social care workers) to ensure users' holistic well-being. \- Advising families and auxiliary staff on safe mobilization and transfer techniques. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Experience in residential care facilities and day centers will be valued. * UNIVERSITY DEGREE * Indefinite-term employment contract * Part-time schedule (20 hours \- weekly) * Gross monthly salary ranging from '900' to '1000'
