Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to provide national technical support to labeling professionals, handle incidents, propose product improvements, and manage special projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. National technical support for labeling professionals. 2. Participation in client meetings and management of special projects. 3. Collaboration with the factory for product improvements. We seek a technician to provide nationwide support to labeling professionals. The selected candidate will handle second-level incidents both remotely and on-site at client facilities. It will be necessary to maintain smooth communication with the factory to propose product improvements. The candidate will also participate in client meetings as required and manage special equipment projects. Preparing technical proposals will be part of the position's regular responsibilities. This is a full-time temporary contract with a workload of 40 hours per week. Working hours will be scheduled Monday through Friday in rotating shifts, covering time slots between 06:00 and 22:00, always respecting legally mandated rest periods. * Minimum one year of experience in similar positions. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Vehicle required to access the workplace. Electronic Engineering, Vocational Training Cycle II/Higher Vocational Training in Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related fields.
