Job Summary: We are seeking a procurement analyst to standardize processes, ensure data accuracy, and optimize report management, thereby driving continuous improvement within the department. Key Highlights: 1. In-depth data analysis and standardization of procurement processes. 2. Collaboration with Finance and regional teams on key reporting. 3. Driving and implementing improvements in departmental work methods. In Polinyà, we are looking to bring someone onto our Procurement team. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct in-depth analysis of procurement data, ensuring all data is accurate and processes are properly standardized. The goal is to increase speed and reduce errors. You will maintain up-to-date and well-organized information to ensure reliability. A significant part of your role will involve reviewing and analyzing key procurement performance indicators. You must ensure monthly reports are delivered on time, verifying data accuracy and consistency with information communicated to Finance. You will also assist in generating reports using the ERP system so that management and regional teams can view and understand the results. You will closely collaborate with regional teams and Finance on all matters related to procurement reporting. Additionally, you will drive improvements in departmental work methods. You will identify ways to streamline repetitive, manual tasks to enhance overall operational efficiency. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring the application of these improvements. You will draft and disseminate procedures for managing procurement control, train Procurement teams, and ensure strict adherence to these procedures. You will coordinate communication among Procurement, IT, and other departments to improve processes, always aiming for effective cross-departmental collaboration. Higher Vocational Training Qualification or University Degree. Minimum of 1 year’s proven experience in procurement control and reporting. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas. Prior experience with the SAP ERP system. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
