This role focuses on logistics and process operations within an agro-industrial environment. Personnel will be responsible for end-to-end material handling, including loading and unloading trucks for both palletized and bulk goods. Efficient operation of machinery such as forklifts and front-end loaders is essential to maintain workflow within the plant. Additionally, active supervision and control are required on the grain sorting line to ensure product quality. Tasks also include supporting corn drying processes, involving feeding and system control activities. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace, along with performing basic preventive maintenance, forms part of daily responsibilities to ensure operational continuity and compliance with safety standards. The work is dynamic and requires adaptability—especially during campaign periods when work volumes increase significantly. This position directly contributes to the supply chain and primary processing of agricultural products, serving as a key link in the overall facility efficiency. Compensation will follow the Commerce Collective Agreement for the 'First-Class Skilled Worker' category. The standard working hours are from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00. During the campaign—which runs from October to December—rotating shifts are scheduled from 7:00 to 15:00 and from 15:00 to 22:00. Initial hiring is intended to cover two paternity leave absences, with prospects for subsequent consolidation into a permanent position within an established company in the sector. A minimum of two years’ demonstrable experience as a First-Class Skilled Worker in an industrial setting is required, preferably in the cereal or logistics sectors. A valid operator’s license and certified proficiency in operating forklifts and front-end loaders are mandatory. Prior experience in bulk loading operations, pallet logistics, cereal dryers, or grain sorting lines will be considered favorably. Completion of compulsory secondary education and personal transportation to the worksite are required.
