




An administrative professional is needed in Lleida to join a team at a transportation agency. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive support for the company's administrative and transportation operations. Daily responsibilities will include entering and updating information in the company's management system, handling phone calls from both clients and carriers, and managing all relevant email correspondence and administrative documentation. The role will also involve coordinating and monitoring transportation services, as well as supporting billing-related tasks and payment collection control. Fluency in Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written, is required, along with a minimum of one year of administrative experience, preferably in billing or the transportation sector. Prior experience in transportation companies will be highly valued. Working hours will be Monday to Friday, with split shifts covering morning and afternoon periods.
