Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized sales administrator to support the sales department by managing orders, documentation, and coordinating deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. Delivery coordination and customer communication We are looking for an administrative professional to provide direct support to the sales department in Sant Miquel de Balenyà. Your role will be critical to ensuring smooth operations—guaranteeing that orders enter the system correctly, are processed accurately, and are dispatched on time. You will also manage manufacturing orders, generate delivery notes, and handle all related documentation. You will work closely with the purchasing team to track material arrivals and thereby better organize deliveries. Each day, you will deliver the delivery notes to the warehouse and confirm deliveries with customers, informing them of scheduled delivery dates. It is essential that you can handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues promptly. We need someone energetic, proactive, and eager to help the team achieve its goals. Strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and the capacity to multitask—especially during peak workloads—are highly valued. Fluency in Catalan and Spanish is mandatory; knowledge of English for occasional use is a plus. This is a full-time temporary contract. Fluency in Catalan and Spanish. Communication skills.
