Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible maintenance technician for corrective and preventive maintenance tasks, mold changes, documentation, and training in Canovelles. Participation in continuous process improvement We are looking for a person to perform maintenance tasks at a company located in Canovelles. Main responsibilities include compliance with safety measures, such as specific training, use of PPE, and risk identification. The position involves performing both corrective maintenance—repairing faulty equipment—and preventive maintenance—replacing wear parts on a scheduled basis to avoid unexpected stoppages. The role also includes mold changes on molding machines and training other staff in this process. Additionally, the candidate must document all maintenance actions in the computer system, request necessary spare parts, and participate in inventories of spare parts and fixed assets. It is essential to maintain order and cleanliness in the work area and collaborate in the continuous improvement of maintenance and production processes. Working hours are full-time, 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night. * Minimum experience required for the position. * We seek a proactive and responsible individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. * Training in machine operation and safety measures. * Knowledge of electricity and mechanics. * Knowledge of pneumatics, welding, lathes, milling machines, and electromechanics. * Proficiency in spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish. \- English proficiency is desirable. * Completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO). \- Training according to the General Collective Agreement for the Chemical Industry. \- GM/GS qualification related to the vacancy.
