At present, as a personnel selection consultancy, we are seeking a **Grants and Subsidies Technician** for an agricultural company located in **Mazarrón** (Murcia). **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Management of grants from the OPERATIONAL FUNDS of OPFH and other subsidies related to agricultural activity. * Use of SIG-PAC and other administrative map viewers. * Use of the Administration’s Electronic Headquarters, particularly those of CARM and the Ministry of Agriculture. * Use of specific administrative applications: Gespro, SGA, SOFYH. * Preparation of grant application files and payment request files. * Completion of grant file forms: certificates, proforma invoices, investment sheets, objective justification documents, etc. Calculations of VPCs and minimum aid thresholds. * Capture and management of georeferenced photographs. * Maintenance of the register of farming operations across various companies. * Liaison with the company’s auditor and with inspections and documentary and physical reviews (on-site) of files; the latter involve travelling to the farm with the inspector. * Preparation of other recurring grants, such as the Single Payment or Basic Payment. **REQUIREMENTS** * Knowledge of the legislation governing the Operational Funds of OPFH under the Common Agricultural Policy. * Basic knowledge of Agronomy, Greenhouses, Irrigation, Hydroponics, Plastics, agricultural machinery, etc., to support or describe proposed investments in technical reports, in collaboration with technical staff. * Accounting knowledge to justify the accounting treatment of grants and perform VPC calculations based on balance sheets. * Commercial law knowledge to draft minutes, certify minutes, and register documents. * Advanced proficiency in IT tools: PDF with digital signature, Word, and especially Excel—including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and handling large spreadsheets with extensive data sets. **WHAT DOES THE COMPANY OFFER?** * Indefinite-term contract. * Immediate incorporation. * Full-time working hours. * Competitive salary based on experience and skills. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
