You will conduct commercial follow-up and sales analysis. We are looking for a commercially minded individual to join our team at a well-established graphic arts company in Lleida. Your role will be crucial in expanding and consolidating our market presence by engaging directly with customers and presenting our solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and contacting new potential customers, understanding their needs, and explaining how our products and services can support them. You will also maintain and nurture relationships with our existing customers, providing personalized attention and consistent follow-up to ensure their satisfaction and continued trust in us. You must clearly articulate what we offer, emphasizing what distinguishes us and the concrete benefits we deliver. Effective negotiation and agreement closure will be essential, always aiming for mutually beneficial outcomes. Additionally, you will maintain detailed records of your commercial activities using our system, logging opportunities, proposals, and key interactions. Analyzing your sales performance and preparing reports will be critical to our strategic planning. Prior experience in the graphic arts sector or an existing client portfolio will be considered an advantage. A background in sales or a related field is required, along with a minimum of two years’ experience in commercial roles. Proficiency in management software and office tools is mandatory. Fluency in Catalan—both spoken and written—is essential for this position in Lleida. Education in sales or a related field. Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role. Experience working with CRM systems. User-level office software proficiency. Spoken and written Catalan fluency. An existing client portfolio is desirable.
