We are looking for a Product and Process Technician to join the R&D department at our plant located in Miralcamp, Lleida. **About Us** Argal is a family-owned company in the food sector with over 100 years of history. We believe in equal opportunities, inclusion, and diversity to strengthen our team. **Job Responsibilities** The main responsibilities for this position include: * Monitoring production of products across lines to reduce existing losses during the implemented process. * Implementing productivity improvements within the plant. * Managing and resolving daily production incidents related to products. * Customer complaints: Investigating potential root causes and defining corrective actions to prevent recurrence of serious or repeated complaints. * Technical line inspection: Performing operational checklists to monitor manufacturing processes. Participating in product tastings alongside Quality and Production teams to define product quality standards. * Launching new products and/or processes and overseeing initial production runs. **Requirements** A degree in Food Science and Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, or related fields is required for this position. Knowledge of quality management systems and industrial ratio management is required.
