YOUR MISSION The laboratory technician’s mission is to supervise, analyze, and ensure that food production, preservation, and distribution processes comply with current regulations and quality standards. * **Quality Analysis:** Conduct physicochemical and microbiological tests to ensure food products meet legal and quality requirements. * **Sample Management:** Continuously monitor production processes to detect any deviations from established standards. Documentation: Draft detailed reports supporting compliance with food safety and traceability regulations. These documents constitute a critical component for internal and external audits. * **Laboratory Equipment Maintenance and Calibration:** Essential to obtain accurate results. This includes regular cleaning, calibration verification, and equipment repairs. Team Structure Integration into the Laboratory and R&D+i team, assuming responsibility for assigned tasks. This position reports to the Laboratory and R&D+i Manager. The position is located in Soses, Lleida. **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED AS (JOB TITLE)** Minimum Education/Experience * Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma / Bachelor’s Graduate: Agricultural Engineering, Chemistry, or Food Technology.
