If so, you're in luck—currently, we are seeking an **Administrative Assistant** for one of our companies located in Lleida. Your main responsibilities will include: * Perform supplier registrations in Ax3 and Ax365. * Review, correct, and send biweekly/monthly invoicing proposals to suppliers. * Send traceability documentation to new suppliers and those whose registration is over two years old. * Issue invoices for product losses, returns, and other load-related incidents. * Create and maintain the customer database. * Monitor the expiration dates of tax certificates for customers, as well as manage renewals and submissions. * Prepare contracts for signing and manage the shipment of Réntings. * Request vehicle insurance enrollments and cancellations. * Other duties arising from the position. **Requirements** -------------- **REQUIRED:** * Education: CFGM / CFGS in Administration. * Desirable: one year of experience in similar roles. * Residence in the province where the vacancy is located. **WE OFFER:** * An interesting position offering professional development opportunities. * Continuous on-the-job training. * Salary commensurate with candidate qualifications. * Full-time hours. * Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
