Keysight is seeking an **RF/Microwave Solution Engineer** focused on **Aerospace \& Defense (A/D)** applications. The role involves understanding technical requirements of defense and aerospace programs, defining measurement strategies, configuring RF/MW/mmWave test systems, and supporting the deployment of Keysight instrumentation and software solutions. You will collaborate with engineering, industry solution teams, and sales to address complex RF validation challenges across radar, EW, satellite, and secure communications domains. The role includes participation in major European A/D programs such as **FCAS** and **IRIS2**. Responsibilities: * Own **measurement setups**, demos, technical proposals, and support for solution deployment. * Work with cross‑functional teams to develop solutions for radar, EW, satellite, and secure communication systems. * Lead customer engagements from a **technical engineering** perspective. * Deliver technical workshops, seminars, and system‑level measurement sessions. * Support A/D programs with high‑frequency test methodologies and system integration expertise. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s in **Electronics Engineering** required; Master’s preferred (RF/MW/mmW specialization). * Relevant experience in **Aerospace/Defense** systems and **RF/MW/mmWave measurements (VNA, signal/spectrum analyzers, generators)**. * Understanding of radar systems, EW, satellite/space communications, and associated test challenges. * Programming knowledge: Python, MATLAB, C\#, or C/C\+\+ (automation, data processing, test workflows). * Strong technical communication and engineering problem‑solving skills. * Business proficiency in **English and Spanish**. * **EU passport mandatory** (Spanish preferred). **Additional Characteristics** * Works effectively with broad autonomy and minimal supervision. * Strong ownership mindset, driven and competitive. * Motivated to transfer technical knowledge to customer engineering teams.
