Price and cost management, and development of assigned product lines Palex Medical Specialists 15 hours ago Description At Palex, we are looking to hire a Product Manager for our specialized Radiotherapy unit. Residency requirement: Madrid and surrounding areas. The selected candidate will be responsible for radiotherapy marketing and sales support across the Iberian region, reporting directly to the Unit Management. Key responsibilities include: * Developing marketing strategies and plans for the radiotherapy product line. * Coordinating with the EU team and providing direct support to EU management. * Supporting the sales network in opportunity mapping and management. * Preparing support documentation (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, Excel files, etc.). * Managing pricing and costs, as well as developing assigned product lines. * Managing purchase orders with suppliers. * Managing inventory. * Attending national and international conferences. We seek a candidate preferably holding a degree in Physics/Biomedical Engineering or certified as a radiotherapy/radiodiagnostic technician, with extensive experience in the field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Product Manager/Account Manager or similar role in the healthcare sector—ideally within radiotherapy or radiodiagnostics. Formal training in marketing and/or knowledge of market research and business plan development will be highly valued. A Master’s degree in radiotherapy, Artificial Intelligence, etc., is considered an asset. We aim to recruit a proactive, dynamic, organized, and adaptable individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and availability to travel across the Iberian region. Lastly, the candidate must possess a good command of English (minimum B2 level), as written and telephone communication with international suppliers will be required, along with handling clinical study and product-related information and documentation in English.
