Foster a data-driven decision-making culture At **Grupo Proeduca** (**UNIR**), we are looking for a **Process Expert** to join our SAP implementation project for the finance area, as well as to support the continuous optimization and improvement of assigned processes. **What will be your mission?** Design and develop financial processes feeding our workflow system, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives, policies, and proper functionality with interacting tools. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Design and optimize processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. * Create process maps and responsibility and risk matrices to facilitate analysis and understanding. * Monitor workflow performance and provide detailed reports. Identify opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs. * Collaborate with international teams to ensure proper integration of systems and tools. **What we require from you:** ️ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. ️ **2 years** of experience in the Process area. ️ Knowledge and experience with BPMN process modeling tools and Agile methodologies. ️ Experience with workflow management tools. ️ Familiarity with SAP. ️ Experience in financial process improvement. ️ Effective communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams, in local and international environments. ️ Strong communication skills. ️ Ability to simplify complexity and drive operational excellence. ️ Ability to foster a data-driven decision-making culture. *The EDUCATIONAL GROUP is firmly committed to equal opportunities and diversity, thereby creating an environment free from all forms of discrimination.* #LI-DZ1
