Opportunities for professional growth and development 19/02/2026 **Site Description** At bonÀrea, we are undergoing an extensive digital transformation process, including the implementation and evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance \& Operations and other modules). We seek to onboard a Dynamics 365 Specialist to support, drive, and optimize the platform, working cross-functionally with internal teams and technology partners. Main Responsibilities: * Configuration, customization, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain Management, Project Operations, HRM, or similar). * Functional analysis with various business departments to understand processes, gather requirements, and translate them into viable functional and/or technical solutions. * Support during deployment phases: configuration, functional testing and UAT, incident resolution, and post-implementation support. * Coordination with external partners (Avanade, SoftwareOne, Microsoft, or others) to ensure successful execution of enhancements, integrations, and fixes. * Creation and maintenance of functional and operational documentation (procedures, manuals, process maps, acceptance criteria, etc.). * Identification of improvement opportunities and proposal of new functionalities to optimize business processes and increase efficiency. * Participation in system integration projects using tools such as Logic Apps, Power Platform, SharePoint, and other corporate technologies.
