Izertis is your company.** We are looking for a Data \& AI Manager to drive the international market growth of Izertis’ Data \& AI Department: pipeline generation, account development, partnerships, and opportunity closure, with the ability to translate technical value into commercial proposals. You will be the bridge between business and technology, focused on impact, profitability, and repeatability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead Data and Artificial Intelligence projects end-to-end: scope definition, planning, monitoring, and closure. * Serve as the primary client liaison, understanding their needs and translating business objectives into clear work plans. * Coordinate and support technical teams (data engineers, data scientists, AI specialists), facilitating their work and removing blockers. * Manage timelines, priorities, risks, and expectations, maintaining focus on value delivery. * Ensure solution quality and fulfillment of agreed commitments.
