




Position Summary: Maintenance technician for a food manufacturing plant in Reus, responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, GMAO management, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and facilities 2. GMAO/CMMS system management and coordination with suppliers 3. Troubleshooting automated systems and continuous improvement A maintenance technician is required for a food sector factory located in Reus. The position involves weekend shifts, specifically Saturday and Sunday mornings, with a full-time schedule of 32 hours per week and corresponding statutory rest days. Main responsibilities include performing both preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and facilities to ensure their safe and efficient operation. This entails managing the GMAO/CMMS system, meticulously recording all interventions, labor hours, and materials used. Additionally, coordination with external suppliers and contractors is required, including supervision of their work to guarantee quality and safety. Continuous improvement proposals for processes and equipment will be expected to optimize performance and food safety; troubleshooting automated systems will also be part of the role, along with compliance with food safety and environmental regulations. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positions. * Experience with GMP, food safety, or similar industrial environments. * We seek a dynamic and versatile individual. * Solid knowledge of mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is an advantage. . GM/GS in Industrial Mechanics, Electricity, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields.
