Key responsibilities include: * Managing, monitoring, and supervising excavations and conduit installations carried out by various utility companies and operators within the Municipality of Madrid. * Planning and coordinating, together with local inspectors, all public-road interventions and occupations, addressing relevant queries or issuing appropriate guidance to inspectors. * Supporting licensing managers in coordinating with utility companies to minimize incidents and non-compliances, and resolving existing issues promptly and efficiently.
