




Position Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to manage delivery notes, labels, invoices, fruit tracking, and email at a horticultural and fruit central. Key Responsibilities: 1. Use of office and digital tools We are looking for an administrative assistant for a horticultural and fruit central in Fraga (Huesca). Main duties will include managing incoming and outgoing delivery notes, creating product labels, and controlling both invoices and corresponding delivery notes. The role will also involve fruit tracking and daily email management. A high level of Spanish proficiency and strong Office suite skills are required, including Gmail, as well as general fluency in using computers and mobile phones. Prior education and experience in similar positions will be considered an advantage. A temporary contract is offered covering the summer campaign, from June to August, with possible extension until September. Working hours will be part-time, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 15:00. The start date will be in June, and the salary will comply with the applicable collective agreement.
