




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Labor Area to provide administrative HR management support, with eagerness to learn and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Payroll preparation and departmental support in other areas We are looking for an Administrative Assistant in the Labor Area for an office located in central Lleida. The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department. We seek a proactive individual eager to learn, possessing strong learning ability and adaptability to change, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT tools. Main responsibilities within the Labor Department include: \- Registering and deregistering personnel in the company’s various computer systems and platforms. \- Managing worker documentation related to occupational risk prevention and data protection (risk assessments, safety plans, certificates, medical examinations, PPE control, CAE, etc.). \- Managing and tracking vacation days, leaves of absence, sick leaves, work-related accidents, etc. \- Coordinating between the staffing agency and the labor management firm (employment contracts, contract amendments, wage garnishments, sick leaves). \- Preparing payroll documentation and reviewing labor costs. \- Supporting audits and safety inspections. \- Updating databases and records. \- Providing departmental support in other areas: \- Basic accounting, document archiving, invoicing, cash register control. All these tasks will be performed autonomously and independently, under the supervision of the Department Head. * Minimum 2 years’ experience. Candidates must have prior experience in administrative tasks, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), and versatility in performing assigned duties. * Spanish (spoken – advanced, written – advanced) * Catalan (spoken – basic, written – intermediate) * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary from '1450' to '1600'
